This will show that you’re not just a fit for the role but also passionate about what you do.

Showcase Your Tools

Understand the Company

Do a bit of research on the company you’re interviewing with. Knowing their projects and values can help you tailor your answers and show that you’re genuinely interested in working with them. Plus, it’ll give you some good talking points during the interview.

Teamwork Matters

Since you’ll be working in teams of two, be prepared to discuss your experience collaborating with others. Share examples of how you’ve successfully worked in a team setting, especially on residential or commercial projects. This will highlight your ability to fit into their work environment.
