Based on a school project, the successful site manager candidate will already hold an Enhanced Level 1 DBS.
Necessary experience:
- Site management of projects with values of up to £5m.
- Full site management process experience in the capacity of a Number 1 on site.
- Previous modular / pre-fab / off-site experience.
