We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead day‑to‑day site delivery on a large new‑build industrial project. This role sits directly beneath the Project Manager and is responsible for controlling all construction activities, managing multiple workstreams, driving programme performance and leading the site team. It is a hands‑on leadership role suited to individuals who have successfully delivered major industrial or commercial projects and can manage complex, fast‑paced construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full control of daily construction operations
  • Leadership of Construction Managers, Site Managers and package leads
  • Planning, sequencing and programme recovery
  • Management of subcontractors across civils, structure, envelope, MEP and fit‑out
  • Health & safety leadership and site compliance
  • Chairing daily and weekly progress meetings
  • Resolving technical, logistical and programme challenges
  • Driving quality standards and sectional completions
  • Reporting progress, risk and performance to senior leadership

  • Extensive experience delivering large industrial or commercial new builds
