Build Space is recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join the delivery team on a modular build project at a high-profile motorsport facility in Silverstone, Northamptonshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role on a fast-track programme within one of the UK's most prestigious motorsport hubs.
You'll be overseeing the bay uplift works, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

The Role
As Site Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with programme.
You'll manage subcontractors, oversee site logistics, maintain quality standards and drive health & safety throughout the project.
We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Site Manager working for a Main Contractor.
Modular Build experience would be a distinct advantage.
Strong fit out experience.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple trades on a fast-moving construction programme.
