We’re working with a leading Main Contractor delivering a flagship Industrial & Logistics scheme and are looking for a Senior Site Engineer to take a key role on-site, supporting delivery from groundworks through to completion.

This is a high-profile multi-unit new build, involving steel frame units, full external works, infrastructure, and Section 278 highway works, ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Setting out and engineering support across 4 industrial units
  • Managing QA, as-builts, and technical assurance
  • Supporting coordination of subcontractors and site delivery
  • Overseeing Section 278 works and external infrastructure setting out
  • Ensuring accuracy across civils, drainage, roads, and structural works
  • Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Team to drive programme

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong background in Industrial & Logistics new builds
  • Proven experience on multi-unit schemes (£10m+)
  • Strong knowledge of Section 278 and external works packages
  • Competent in setting out, QA, and all other site engineering duties
  • Degree / HNC / HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • SMSTS / SSSTS preferred but not essential
  • Strong technical, communication, and coordination skills
