Job Title – Project Manager Location – Reading Type – Permanent Role Salary: 80,000 – 85,000 + Package My client is a highly reputable Tier 1 Main Contractor, who are now seeking a Project Manager to join the team. One of the most successful privately owned construction businesses in the UK who have had further growth in recent years. They have now secured further proejcts are require further growth by adding an experienced proejct manager to their ranks. Due to reputation a lot of their work is coming through repeat clients. This role will be based out of the Southern Office in Reading with lots of opportunity to grow with a dynamic team. Responsibilities: – Managing Client and Consultants throughout projects. – Design Project – Procurement of subcontractors alongside Senior QS. – Managing staff resource on site. – Working with Senior QS to commercially manage projects. – Ensuring quality targets are met.
