Our client, a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor based in the city of London, currently has a number of exciting new projects in place and is looking for a Project Director to join their team.
Project Director Responsibilities:
- To manage resources (people, finance, and physical assets) in order to fulfil the assigned projects safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximising customer satisfaction and gross profit.
- To implement all of the group policies including those for SHE, Quality, and Risk Management.
- To promote the group values towards its customers in order to meet or exceed their expectations and fulfil the vision of becoming the most highly respected company in the industry.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A proven background working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time, within budget.
- Running multi-phase projects with a value of up to £100m +.
- Relevant construction Degree or related Level 4 and above qualification (HNC/NVQ).
- A respectable team leader with organisational skills and the ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
