My client is a well-established and highly respected Building & Construction Consultancy with a strong presence across London and the South. Their services span Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Clerk of Works, delivering high-quality professional advice across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors. With ambitious growth plans and a reputation for technical excellence, they are looking to expand their Thames Valley team with the appointment of a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor.
The Role
This is a client-facing position suited to an experienced Senior Building Surveyor who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and managing projects from inception through to completion. You will:
- Manage a broad range of professional and project instructions across multiple sectors
- Engage directly with clients and build strong, lasting relationships
- Lead instructions from proposal stage through to delivery and completion
- Deliver high-quality reports, specifications and contract administration services
- Work independently while collaborating within an integrated team
- Contribute to business development and support the continued growth of the London office

Who We’re Looking For
