We're recruiting an Assistant Project Manager to join a growing construction contractor supporting the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion. The Role
- Assist with the delivery of construction projects from start to finish
- Support Project Managers with programme management
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Attend site meetings and record project progress
- Monitor project costs and variations
- Assist with procurement of materials and subcontractors
- Ensure projects comply with Health & Safety legislation
- Support quality inspections and snagging
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Build strong relationships with clients and site teams
Requirements
- Previous experience within the construction industry
- Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Site Engineer, Site Supervisor or similar
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good understanding of construction processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ambitious with a desire to progress into Project Management
