Build Space is recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a modular build installation project in Middlesex.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile project where planning, coordination and quality are critical.

You'll be working alongside an experienced delivery team, overseeing the installation and fit out of a large-scale building package on a fast-paced construction programme.

The Role

As Site Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme.

You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, monitor quality and maintain the highest health & safety standards throughout the project.

We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Site Manager working for a Main Contractor.

Modular Build Installation experience would be a distinct advantage.

Strong fit out experience.

Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Ability to manage fast-paced programmes and multiple subcontractors.
