Site Supervisor – Lowestoft Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk Contract Length: 11 weeks Start Date: Monday 12th October 2026 Rate: £260 per day Sector: Window Replacement / Refurbishment The Role We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee an 11-week window replacement project in Lowestoft. This is a hands-on, site-based position suited to someone with experience supervising window, glazing, refurbishment or commercial fit-out works. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining site standards and ensuring the works are delivered safely and to programme. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of the window replacement works. Coordinate window installers, subcontractors and other trades on site. Manage site activities and ensure works remain on programme. Monitor the quality of window replacement and associated works. Coordinate deliveries, materials and site logistics. Liaise with the project team, subcontractors and site operatives. Ensure RAMS and safe systems of work are followed. Maintain high standards of health & safety across the site. Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep works progressing. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project team. Maintain site records and relevant documentation. Ensure the site is kept safe, organised and professional throughout the works.Requirements Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager, Working Supervisor or Site Foreman. Experience within window replacement, glazing, refurbishment, fit-out or similar works. Strong understanding of working with subcontractors and multiple trades. Hands-on approach with the ability to manage the day-to-day site operation. Good understanding of health & safety and site procedures. SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS required. Strong communication and organisational skills. Available to start Monday 12th October 2026 for the full 11-week contract
