Our Open Space Team has brought on some superb Data Centre roles! A long-term client of ours, a knockout Tier 1 Main Contractor has asked us to supply them with 2 x Senior Project Managers to help deliver secured Data Centre works they have kicking off in and around London / M25. As a business, they are going for it. They have the financial resources, people and ambition to really grow into the Critical Infrastructure sector. Their focus is CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) build packages — MEP is delivered by a separate contractor - with CSA project values ranging from £60-100m typically.

As Senior Project Manager on site, you will own a project, taking full ownership of the build programme from preconstruction through to handover.

Senior Project Manager roles & responsibilities:

  • Acting as No.1 Project Manager, holding full accountability for programme, commercial performance, quality and safety across the build
  • Leading delivery from preconstruction through to practical completion and handover
  • Managing CSA packages on large-scale, high-value hyperscale data centre schemes
  • Working within a well-resourced, experienced project team on some of the most significant live data centre projects in London

Senior Project Manager experience required:

  • Previous Data Centre build project experience is essential — this is a non-negotiable requirement
  • A proven track record as No.1 PM (or a strong No.2 ready to step up) on large-scale, high-value construction projects
  • Main contractor background
  • Strong commercial, programme and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating within a live, high-security, mission-critical environment
