We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a major residential accommodation development in King's Lynn. This £140M project involves four large accommodation blocks delivering 376 modern, en-suite living spaces. Two blocks are nearing completion, with the remaining two due in 2026 using an improved industrialised construction process to accelerate programme timelines and improve safety.
You will be responsible for leading site operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring quality, and driving health & safety compliance, ensuring the development is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale residential or accommodation projects
- Tier 1 main contractor background essential
- Strong health & safety leadership and site management skills
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractor packages and complex site operations
- BPSS Clearance – Mandatory
- Required certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
