We are recruiting an Assistant Site Manager to join a major residential accommodation development in King's Lynn. This £140M scheme involves four large accommodation blocks delivering 376 modern, en-suite living spaces. Two blocks are nearing completion, with two more due in 2026 using an industrialised construction process.
You’ll be working alongside the Senior Site Manager to manage daily site operations, subcontractors, quality control and health & safety compliance, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor on residential or large-scale accommodation projects
- Tier 1 main contractor background preferred
- Strong knowledge of health & safety management and site supervision
- BPSS Clearance is mandatory
- Relevant certifications: SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
