Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to support the delivery of a major multi-unit industrial and logistics development in the East Midlands. The scheme comprises the design and construction of multiple high-spec warehouse units with integrated office space, alongside significant earthworks, infrastructure, and external works. The development targets high sustainability standards and requires strong technical and coordination capability. The Senior Engineer will play a key role in ensuring engineering excellence, programme adherence, and quality delivery across all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee engineering delivery across groundworks, steel frame, and externals
  • Lead setting out and ensure site accuracy
  • Manage QA processes (ITPs, inspections, documentation)
  • Coordinate with site team, subcontractors, and design consultants
  • Monitor programme and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain high health & safety standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Senior Engineer or strong Site Engineer
  • Industrial/logistics or large-scale commercial project experience
  • Groundworks, infrastructure, and steel frame knowledge
  • Strong setting out skills (Total Station / GPS)
  • Relevant qualification + CSCS
