Build Space is currently on the hunt for two Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyors for one of our top clients — a highly regarded, delivery-focused Main Contractor with a strong track record across Industrial & Logistics, Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Student Accommodation and Mixed Use construction. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business that genuinely takes pride in how it delivers - the quality of their work is second to none.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working on:
- Large distribution centre and big box I&L projects
- Sports & Leisure schemes for Premier League football clubs
- Commercial / Residential / Mixed Use schemes
What we're looking for:
- A top Senior Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 10 years experience
- A solid grounding in I&L, Commercial, High Rise Residential or Sports & Leisure sectors
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage the full QS remit from procurement through to final account
- Someone who works well within established project teams and hits the ground running
The detail:
- Day rate: £400–£450 (depending on experience)
- Hybrid working — typically 2–3 days on site/office, remainder from home
- Freelance engagement via Build Space
