Our client is a fast-moving, client-side construction team managing a high-profile portfolio of refurbishment and upgrade fit-out projects for major asset owners. You will provide essential document control and administrative support to keep the Project & Construction team functioning effectively — ensuring every document, process, and deadline is managed accurately and on time.
This is hands-on support in a small, multi-skilled team where your organisational skills and attention to detail directly drive project success. Expect real exposure to live construction delivery and the chance to shape and improve processes along the way.
What you will do:
- Own document control: upload, issue, track revisions, and maintain impeccable records across multiple projects
- Handle core admin & clerical tasks — data entry, QA checking, filing, correspondence
- Support the team with MS Office tools and web-based systems
- Use (or quickly master) industry EDMS platforms such as Aconex, Zutec, Dome, or equivalents
- Keep everything accurate, version-controlled, and audit-ready

- Level 3 Further Education (or equivalent)
- Excellent spoken & written English communication
- Strong IT skills — confident MS Office user with fast, accurate typing
