What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work closely with Project Managers and Designers to provide commercial strategy and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors — representing Interaction with confidence at all levels.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven QS experience within interior fit-out or commercial refurbishment — you know this sector and its pace.
  • Solid understanding of Design & Build contracts and how to manage commercial risk within them.
  • A track record of managing projects in the £1m–£10m+ range with confidence.
