We are in the market for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or a Quantity Surveyor with experience within the construction industry, who is looking to further their experience and responsibility by joining a well-established Main Contractor in the Midlands, who are looking to strengthen their commercial department due to a busy pipeline of work.

You will have the opportunity to join one of the region's largest projects, which has a contract value in excess of £30,000,000 + potential additional works on the back of it with the same client. Joining the QS team, you will be supporting the Commercial Manager and Senior QS on site.

Example of Duties below:

  • Sub contract package management
  • Payment notices
  • Involved from procurement through to final account
  • Monitor project cost, valuations, variations & forecasts
  • Supporting monthly project CVR
