Project: Northamptonshire - Large Industrial Unit
Working on behalf of a well-established Main Contractor based in the Midlands, we are looking to find a Project Manager capable of delivering a new Industrial Unit based in Northamptonshire. This is a new project, which will start later this summer for a client that this business has worked with previously and has a good relationship with.
Project Details:
- Valued between £25m to £30m
- JCT Design & Build Contract
- Industrial Unit
- Steel Frame, Car Park, Traditional Cladding, Office Area, Yard Slab etc.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the project and project reporting. Supported by a Contracts Manager overseeing multiple schemes, you will be managing a team of Site Managers and Engineers with support from a Senior QS, Design Management and Planner.
