We are looking to find a Project Manager, capable of delivering a new Industrial Unit based in Northamptonshire. This is a new project, which will start later this summer for a client that this business has worked with previously and has a good relationship with.

Project Details:

  • Valued between £25m to £30m
  • JCT Design & Build Contract
  • Industrial Unit
  • Steel Frame, Car Park, Traditional Cladding, Office Area, Yard Slab etc.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of the project and project reporting. You will be supported by a Contracts Manager overseeing multiple schemes and will manage a team of Site Managers and Engineers with support from a Senior QS, Design Management and Planner.
