Working on behalf of a key client of ours who boast an impressive track record of project delivery across the Yorkshire region, we are looking to find a Contracts Manager to support their Operational team. Due to a busy live project portfolio and some fantastic opportunities in pre-construction, the team are looking to appoint another Contracts Manager to support with the workload.

As a Contracts Manager, you will typically be overseeing 3x Live Projects in the region with support in pre-construction. Paired with a Commercial Manager to help guide, support and improve day to day operations, P&L reporting etc.

This advert is open to people operating as a Contracts Manager currently, or a Senior Project Manager looking to step into a full time contracts manager role.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Main Contracting Experience with a Tier 1 or 2 Contractor
  • Ideally, experience in managing 2+ projects (multi-projects)
  • Based in Yorkshire
  • Dynamic, pro active individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment

Sector Experience:

  • Public Sector & Private Sector Building Projects
  • Would consider a Project Manager stepping up
