With a strong regional foothold across the region, the business has recently begun works on an iconic development in the region and are looking to strengthen their commercial department.
The Opportunity:
- Open to either a Senior QS or a QS.
- Working on an iconic scheme in the Yorkshire area.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- CVR Reporting and management
- Full control over the New Build element of the scheme
- Line Manager to an Assistant QS
Ideal Experience:
- Comfortable working on JCT Design & Build forms of contract
- Experience running your own projects or have been a No2 on medium-high value projects
- Main Contract experience (Building Sector)
- New Build experience
