We are looking for an Operational Support Assistant to join a social housing organisation in Somerset on a 3 month contract. The Operational Support Assistant will be responsible for general admin across the business and face to face customer service in the office.
What the Operational Support Assistant will be doing:
- Administration support to the business
- Supporting customers with payments and setting up direct debits
- Helping customers in the reception
- Taking calls and responding to emails
We’re looking for:
- Someone with a passion for helping customers and solving their problems

What you need to know:
If you’re successful, a comprehensive training programme is provided on the employer’s systems, processes and values to enhance your existing skills. The hours for this post are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday. The role will require office working 5 days per week.
