The predicted salary is between 15 - 20 £ per hour.

We’re recruiting for an experienced Work Planner to join a busy Direct Maintenance team on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be responsible for planning and scheduling reactive maintenance works, ensuring operatives are fully utilised and customers receive an efficient, right-first-time service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule daily repairs for maintenance operatives
  • Manage emergency and reactive maintenance appointments
  • Monitor operative diaries, availability and productivity
  • Liaise with supervisors, operatives and customers
  • Ensure repairs are completed within agreed KPIs
  • Produce workforce planning and performance information

We’re looking for someone with

  • Experience in social housing repairs or maintenance scheduling
  • Previous work planning or workforce management experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
