Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced multi-trader to join our reactive maintenance team in Winchester.
You will work across carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating, diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard.
The role offers 42.5 hours per week with a 22 GBP per hour CIS rate, van and fuel card provided, and a temp-to-perm contract.
You will service tenanted properties while ensuring work is completed safely and within deadlines.
