Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced multi trader to join our client’s reactive maintenance team.

Duties:

  • Carrying out a range of repairs and maintenance works across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and decorating
  • Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard
  • Making good after works completed
  • Attending properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes
  • Providing excellent customer service when working in tenanted properties
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a multi trader within domestic/social housing/council property repairs
  • Good all-round skills across multiple trades
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Full UK driver’s license
  • Ability to carry out repairs and maintenance works to a high standard
