We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start on a planned works programme based around the Atherstone (CV9) area and surrounding locations. This is a temporary contract for approximately 20 weeks, with the potential for extension.
Works include:
- EWI (External Wall Insulation)
- Window & Door Installations
- Partial Roofing Works
- Flat Roofing
- Gas Works
- Electrical Works
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Gold Card or above
- Able to pass a basic DBS check
- Strong background managing planned works/contracts
Rate: £32.00 per hour – CIS or Umbrella
