An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier One Property Services Contractor within their Responsive Maintenance division in the Weybridge area. This role offers the chance to play a key part in delivering a major reactive maintenance framework, managing commercial performance, and mentoring junior staff in a supportive, high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor junior and admin staff within the commercial team
  • Oversee pre- and post-contract commercial activities, including CVRs and reporting
  • Handle subcontractor procurement, measurement, valuations, and final accounts
  • Drive value and ensure strong cash flow management
  • Maintain contractual and compliance standards, including health & safety
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, supply chain, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in responsive maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, commercially focused, and career-driven
