Location: Coventry & Nuneaton

Contract: Minimum 12 months work

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Rate: £26-27 per hour (CIS)

About the Role

Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Wet room fitter to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out day‑to‑day bathroom upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a variety of bathroom upgrades including wetroom installations
  • Deliver high‑quality maintenance in occupied properties
  • Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic carpentry, tiling, etc.)
  • Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements

  • NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Plumbing
  • Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property upgrades
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence & own transport
  • Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
