Permanent Position £40,000 per annum OTE £48,000 with mandatory call out rota in Epping.

Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment - from executive to operative level.

We specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for an electrician based in Epping.

Day to Day for electrician:

  • Working in domestic properties carrying out reactive maintenance and testing
  • Socket changes/lights
  • Reactive maintenance jobs in social housing properties
  • Good customer service
  • Use of PDA
