At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. Our client is looking for 2 skilled and experienced plumbers to work on social housing contracts based in Birmingham South. The successful plumber will have experience working on social housing in both planned and reactive maintenance.

The working hours are 8AM-4:30PM Monday - Friday. The pay rate for this role is £23PH CIS and this role comes with a company van and fuel card.

Qualifications and experience needed:

  • NVQ in Plumbing
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Own tools
  • Social housing experience
  • UK Driving License with no bans in the last 5 years and less than 6 points
