Hard FM Supervisor – CornwallPermanent £36,000 per year Company Van & Tools Immediate Start Build Recruitment are currently looking for a Hard FM Supervisor with a strong trade background to join a busy team working across Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen, enthusiastic and looking to progress within Facilities Management. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent client-facing skills and the ability to manage maintenance works effectively. The RoleAs a Hard FM Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising Hard FM and maintenance activities across Cornwall Using your trade background to provide technical knowledge and support Coordinating engineers and subcontractors Monitoring works and ensuring they are completed to the required standard Liaising with clients and customers on a regular basis Dealing with issues and resolving problems professionally Completing reports, paperwork and maintenance documentation Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed Supporting the wider team and helping maintain excellent service levels What We're Looking For Strong trade background – electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fabric or similar Previous experience in a supervisory or senior maintenance role SSSTS or SMSTS qualification Excellent client and customer-facing skills Confident communicator with a professional approach IT literate and comfortable using systems, email and Microsoft Office Organised and able to manage multiple jobs and priorities Keen, enthusiastic and hardworking Full UK driving licence Able to work across Cornwall What's On Offer? £36,000 per year Company van Tools provided Permanent opportunity Immediate start available Cornwall-only contract Long-term, stable work Opportunity to develop within a growing FM team If you're a Hard FM Supervisor with a trade background who is enthusiastic, customer-focused and ready for a new opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
