Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable engineer to join their growing team, based from Truro and covering the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with a background in either service and breakdowns or installation within the fire and security industry.
The Role Depending on your experience, you will be responsible for either:
Servicing, maintaining and repairing fire and security systems.
Attending breakdowns and diagnosing faults efficiently.
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance.
Installing and commissioning fire and security systems.
Ensuring all work is completed to the required industry and company standards.
Completing relevant paperwork and service reports.
Providing a professional and reliable service to customers.
Requirements Previous experience working as a Fire & Security Engineer.
Experience in either service and breakdowns or installation.
Experience working with systems such as fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control would be advantageous.
Relevant qualifications and certifications for the role.
Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Salary & Benefits £37,500 per annum
