Experienced Bathroom Fitter required to work on void social housing properties in West Cornwall - Truro. This position will start temp to 12 weeks through us as the agency then move on to a permanent contract if both parties are happy.
Salary will be £35,000 - £37,440 per annum.
Bathroom Fitter Day to Day:
- Working in empty council properties installing new bathrooms for new tenants.
- You need to be very competent in the whole process start to finish of ripping out old and installing a new bathroom to the spec provided.
- Tiling, paneling, flooring, sealing, painting, installing sink, bath, toilet etc.
- Doing the jobs to the correct standard.
- Reporting to the supervisor on progress.
- Driving a work van safely and responsibly.
Bathroom Fitter Requirements:
- Plumbing qualifications desirable.
- Extensive experience fitting bathrooms.
- Good attitude.
- Honest and reliable.
- Full UK driving license.
- Good references from previous bathroom fitting jobs.
- DBS will be carried out.
