We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multi Tradewho willprovide a maintenance serviceon void MOD properties in the Torpoint and surrounding area.
Role Details/ Benefits:
- Ongoing temp role
- Using own van with potential of a work van
- Maintenance work in empty social housing properties
- Reporting to your supervisor
- Following a spec to complete works
- Getting the property ready for the next tennant
Carpenter Multi OperativeRequirements:
- Good multi-trade experience
- NVQ in a trade (desirable)
- DBS – willbe completed prior to start
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving licence
- Security check will be completed by client prior to start
