Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Plumber Multi-Trader to join a busy repairs team working within occupied social housing properties across Teddington.
The Role
As a Multi-Trade Carpenter, you’ll be responsible for a variety of reactive and planned maintenance tasks within tenants’ homes. Work will include:
- Plumbing focused repairs and installations
- Bathroom/kitchen installation and repair
- General plumbing maintenance
- Minor multi trade works such as:
- Basic carpentry
- Patch plastering
- Tiling and brickwork
Ensuring all work is completed first time, to a high standard, and safely. Maintaining accurate records for audit and compliance. Delivering excellent customer service in occupied homes.
What You’ll Need
- Strong background in Plumbing with multi trade experience
- Previous experience working within repairs/maintenance (social housing preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and diagnose issues effectively
- A customer focused approach, with professionalism in occupied properties
- Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check (required for the role)
