Build Recruitment is seeking an Account Manager to lead FM delivery across a high-profile media and broadcast campus in Chiswick. This technically demanding, client-facing role combines engineering credibility with commercial and stakeholder skills, in a live broadcast environment where uptime is non-negotiable.
You’ll manage a team of 9 engineers and 1 contract support, own P&L, oversee PMs, reactive maintenance and risk, and build trusted client relationships while driving KPIs and SLAs.
