Carrying out responsive plumbing repairs and multi-skilled maintenance works across social housing properties in Swindon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance
- General multi-trade works
- Damp and mould treatment works
- Completing first-time fix repairs
- Working in occupied social housing properties
- Providing excellent customer service
- Accurately recording completed works
- Participating in out-of-hours callout rota
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plumbing Qualification
- Multi-trade maintenance experience
- Social housing experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently
- Good organisational skills
- Basic DBS check will be carried out
