Permanent role starting at around £38,000 per annum, holiday and van fuel card. Fortnightly pay. 40 hours per week, 8am-4.30pm.
Day to Day:
- Work in void social housing properties in Swindon
- You need to be confident and competent in all aspects of plumbing maintenance
- Installing bathrooms, sinks, baths, WHB.
- Working alongside other trades to get properties ready for the next tenant
- Travelling to various jobs in the company van
- Reporting to the supervisor on progress
Requirements:
- Good plumbing experience
- Plumbing qualification – desirable
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving license
- DBS will be carried out
