They are looking for an experienced Gas Supervisor to join their team. The RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out pre and post-installation inspections on social housing properties, ensuring works are completed to a high standard and in line with relevant regulations. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out pre-installation surveys and inspections. Completing post-installation inspections and quality checks. Supervising gas and general building works. Managing and overseeing subcontractor teams. Liaising with residents, contractors and site teams. Identifying and resolving any issues with completed works. Ensuring works are completed safely and to the required standard. Completing relevant paperwork and maintaining accurate records. About YouWe are looking for a Gas Supervisor with ideally 5 years' gas industry experience, with a strong background in social housing, planned works or property maintenance. You will ideally have experience of: Pre and post-installation inspections. Carrying out property surveys. Supervising gas and general building works. Managing subcontractors and site teams. Working within social housing or similar environments. You must have all relevant domestic gas safety qualifications/tickets in date and be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge. A full UK driving licence is required.
