We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Carpenter to work on a social housing contract based in South Derbyshire.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds or NVQ in Carpentry/Wood Occupations
- Experience in wood repairs and maintenance within occupied (tenanted) properties
- Multi-skilled experience preferred
Duties include:
- Door repairs and replacements
- Kitchen cupboard repairs and fitting
- Skirting board installation and repairs
- Architrave fitting and repairs
- General carpentry maintenance in tenanted properties
What's on offer:
- £20.27 per hour - Umbrella CIS or PAYE
- Van, tools and fuel card provided
