We are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for a Surveyor based in and around Bristol. The Surveyor will be responsible for supporting the manager in the delivery of a customer focused, high quality responsive repairs, empty property/void works and planned maintenance and improvement programmes. This role will require site visits across the South West.
Surveyor duties:
- To carry out the project management of a range of specific asset management projects as directed by the manager, from inception to completion.
- Be responsible and accountable for project delivery, control and reporting of expenditure against budgets for projects and to meet or exceed agreed targets.
