We are looking for an experienced RICS Chartered Building Surveyor to join our clients’ London based Building Consultancy team as an Associate Partner. For over 150 years, our client has grown to be one of the largest and most respected property consultancies in the UK with a network of offices across the UK.

The post holder will manage a varied portfolio and will be responsible for the provision of the full building surveying service to clients while also contributing to the growth of the team. The post holder will assist in generating fees through the management and development of existing and new clients, to contribute towards the achievement of the financial and other objectives of the Building Consultancy Team.

This opportunity will be focused on driving further growth and technical expertise within the office. This role will suit someone looking for a new career challenge and with the desire to build client relations while ensuring the delivery of excellent service to all clients.
