Resident Engineer to join a site at St Albans Road, Watford on a 3–6 month contract.
The role is site based and will involve carrying out statutory testing, planned preventative maintenance, and acting as the main day to day point of contact for both the client and subcontractors across two high rise residential buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly fire alarm testing across two high rise buildings
- Weekly testing of automatic air vents
- Tap temperature checks and monitoring
- Flushing of infrequently used outlets
- General planned preventative maintenance tasks
- Day to day liaison with subcontractors and client representatives
