About the Role: Build Recruitment is currently seeking a Painter to join our client’s maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within occupied and void domestic properties, upgrades and general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of painting repairs in domestic settings
- Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits
Requirements:
- NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Painting / time served
- Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
