We’re recruiting experienced Roofers to join a well-established social housing contractor working on a day to day contract.
The Role:
- You’ll carry out a variety of roofing repairs and maintenance works in occupied and void properties as part of a dedicated reactive maintenance team;
- Repairs to pitched and flat roofs
- Tiling and slating repairs
- Felt, GRP, and lead work
- Guttering, fascia, and soffit repairs
- Identifying and repairing roof leaks
- General roofing maintenance
Competitive hourly rate – paid weekly Monday–Friday. Temp to perm opportunity. Van, fuel card, uniform provided. Face to face interviews.
Requirements:
- Appropriate roofing experience either qualified via certificate or time served.
- Full UK driving licence
- Solid experience in social housing or domestic environments
