We are currently looking for a Retrofit Site Manager to join a Contractor in Glastonbury. The Retrofit Site Manager will oversee the delivery of energy efficiency improvements and retrofit projects in occupied social housing properties. The successful candidate will manage on-site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with PAS 2035 standards and all relevant health and safety regulations.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities of the Retrofit Site Manager:
- Manage the day-to-day site operations for retrofit and energy efficiency projects in social housing properties.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with PAS 2035, building regulations, and health and safety regulations.
