Build Recruitment are proud to be representing a well-known social housing company based in the North London area who are looking for a highly skilled Senior Supervisor to join their team.
Responsibilities:

  • To ensure appropriate commercial controls are in place and adhered to
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational performance and customer excellence through continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems.
  • Manage and support supervisors in any performance conduct or absence issues in accordance with Company policy and procedures.
  • Lead and manage Supervisors and support teams (planners), contractors, and trades to ensure timely completion of works.
  • Firm Understanding of Schedule of Rates for Building Works
  • Previous experience working in the social housing/local authority sector
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Proven track record for being reliable and punctual
  • Must hold a manual driving licence

Key Knowledge:

  • Social Housing, Building Contractor and local authority industry knowledge
  • IT and Excel Literate
