Build Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading social housing contractor based in the London area who are looking for a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to join their team in North London.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations for planned maintenance works (Retrofit, Cladding)
- Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure timely and quality delivery of multiple sites / projects
- Ensure health & safety compliance and site documentation is up to date
- Liaise with residents, client representatives, and internal teams to maintain excellent communication
- Monitor budgets, progress, and KPIs to ensure project targets are met
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve any on-site issues proactively
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within social housing planned works
- Strong experience in cladding remediation
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and CDM requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain resident satisfaction
- Manual Driving Licence
